Shipping policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized your credit card for the purchase.  Item(s) will ship (within 1 business day) if your order does not contain sticker bags.  Sticker bags are made-to-order.

Order Shipment:

Your order will ship within 0-1 business days of receiving payment for orders without sticker bags.  Sticker bags are made-to-order.  Our order cutoff time is 12pm PST.  Orders placed before 12pm PST will ship same day.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.  Order handling time is 0-1 business days for orders without sticker bags.  If your order does not contain sticker bags, we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 1 business day of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firemylar@gmail.com.

Transit times are dependent on what you choose at checkout.  We ship via the United States Post Office (USPS).  Ground Advantage Packages typically take between 2-5 business days.  Priority Packages typically take between 2-3 business days.  Sticker bags made-to-order slow production (10-14 days production) typically take between 7-14 business days.  Sticker bags made-to-order fast production (2 days production) typically take 4-5 business days.

No Shipping outside the USA. (Some exceptions apply - if the website permits you to check out and enter your shipping address, you will receive your order). 

Damages or Broken/Defective Products

When encountering damages, exceptions, or discrepancies during delivery, such as packaging showing signs of damage, dents, or missing items, it is important to follow these steps:

  1. Conduct a visual inspection of the packaging to assess any damages, dents, or missing items.
  2. If any issues are found, document the entire process from the beginning to the end by taking photographs.
  3. In the case of package damages, carefully inspect the contents of the units visually.

By following these steps, you can effectively handle damages, exceptions, or discrepancies that occur at the time of delivery.

For prompt resolution, Fire Mylar advises taking pictures of the damage. Please send us the photographs of the damage without delay. This will enable us to expedite the process of reissuing your order.
